production timeline details

Portraits have a 30 day turnaround. If you need yours sooner, please let me know!

Once portraits are completed, they are placed in the mail and you will be notified. There is no proofing process for my portrait work, but I love to post the progress of portraits on my Instagram page! If there are specifics within your portrait project where a sketch review is required or requested before starting, a $25 sketch charge will be added per round of sketch. Note that this could delay your portrait timeline.

IMPORTANT: These portraits are my representation of your home in my painterly style. While I strive to capture all of your home’s details as accurately as I can in my paintings, photo quality & my artistic style may slightly alter features. If you have any specific requests pertaining to your portrait prior to me starting your portrait, please list those in the form comment box upon purchasing.
